What We Do

Our services involve two core components which are designed to address both individual leadership development and the development of stronger and more effective teams and organizational cultures:

  • The Leading Deeply Foundational Workshop
  • The Nine Domains process for developing more effective Teams and Organizations

The Leading Deeply™ foundational workshop is a non-traditional two-day program that focuses on the “who” of leadership. It is an invitation to deeply examine and consider your own values, thoughts, beliefs, practices and characteristic ways of being as a platform for transformational growth. Through personal assessment, focused exercises, deep inquiry and group discussion you will have the opportunity to explore and question your roles, habits, personal style, language practices, relationship skills, and the “stories” you may have unconsciously adopted as truths. These insights, along with practical tools, will help you create new possibilities and generate specific commitments to new ways of thinking and being as a leader.

You will leave this workshop with:

  • Deeper insight into your personality, archetypal and behavioral patterns using the Enneagram
  • A clearer understanding of your strengths, abilities, and convictions as a leader
  • Practices to identify and shift self-limiting beliefs and perceptions
  • The ability to hear others more deeply and comprehensively than ever before
  • Tools for more effective and inspiring language and communication
  • Renewed capacity to deal with business, organizational, and personal challenges
  • A deeper level of authenticity and courage
  • A personal declaration for focused action and next steps

The Nine Domains process for developing more effective Teams and Organizations is a customized program that is ideal as a "next step" for leaders who have participated in the Leading Deeply™ foundational workshop. It is a process that is aimed at helping teams to become more collaborative, more effective, and more resilient for high performance. See "Teams" for more information.
